Jan Medinas initiative in Anzoátegu

While on vacation in his home country of Venezuela, Jan Medina, Key Account Manager at andro, unexpectedly launched a heartfelt initiative in Anzoátegui. On December 21, 2023, more than 50 children, coaches and officials received new table tennis equipment from andro thanks to his initiative. In a region plagued by political and economic challenges, this meant much more than just new sportswear and equipment.

Medina, who knows the love of sport in his home country - as the former No. 1 in the country - not only wanted to donate equipment with this project, but also to ignite a spark of hope. The children received jerseys, shorts, socks and racket cases, but most importantly Medina conveyed the message that ambition and education are the keys to a successful future.

This personal gesture showed how individual commitment and passion for sport can inspire and motivate young people. An example of how sometimes one person can make a difference and pave the way for the next generation.
